Thank you for saying what so many people feel but don’t always know how to say.
You’re right — it’s not normal. And trying to act like it only deepens the exhaustion.
There’s a quiet kind of bravery in naming things honestly, without slipping into either despair or denial. You’re doing that. And whether you realize it or not, it permits other people to breathe — to stop pretending they’re the crazy ones for feeling overwhelmed.
You’re not broken. You’re awake.
While that comes with a burden, it also means you haven’t lost the thing the world needs most: compassion.
Hold your ground. Rest when you need to. And know that even in a broken world, your voices make it a little less dark.
Accept the things I can change – me, myself, and I. All I can do is work on myself and grow in personal growth/spirituality. And trust that my inner light helps heal the world in some small way. Now, imagine if millions of people did this.
Hi Lisa,
Thank you for saying what so many people feel but don’t always know how to say.

Hold your ground. Rest when you need to. And know that even in a broken world, your voices make it a little less dark.
You’re not alone.

Yes, exactly! We can't shoulder the weight of the world, but small, caring acts by all can make big changes.
